MY STUPID AZZ PCP REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFERAL!!

Got a lot of info last night at the seminar...the place was packed. Got my packet...so now I just have to collect all my information together and mail it back then they will schedule a meeting with Dr. Byrnes!!
