6 Month check up

Had my 6 month post op visit and blood work. Have to wait a couple of days to see how my blood work comes out. Down to 195 from 267 and lost 10 inches around my waist. I was shocked I didn't think I had lost that many inches. Makes me want to work even harder at losing more. I feel so much better and can do so much more, life is great these days!!
