one year anniversery

     June 25Th was one year since my surgery boy a lot has happen since then I hate that I have to share that date with the death of Michael Jackson and Farah Farcett. 
Well so far it is a lost  of 110lbs so that is awesome and I feel great I love having to decide what I get to wear on my days off

     On a sadder note I lost my mom and the 12Th of June and that has been pretty hard I know she had a good life and she just had her 90Th birthday in may but you are never ready.  Love you Mom. and so glad the pain has stopped for you
