Hello my name is Shirley. I'm 40 yrs old. I have been over weight since I can remember(I like to say fluffier then most). I'm 5'3 and my weight right now is 305 that is the highest it has been. I take 14 pills a day and two sometimes three shot a day. I have tried all the deits out there would lose and then gain all back. So about four years ago My mom and both sisters had the surgery. So now it my turn.
