"My first impression of Dr. Liao was that he was nice and had a wonderful smile. My impression of him did change because I found him to be more than nice because he cares genuinely for his patients. His office and staff are just as wonderful and have been very helpful. There wasn't a least thing that I liked about him because I appreciated his realness.
He strongly emphasized aftercare because he wants his patients to succeed not fail. Yes he does have a structured aftercare program that I couldn't get to for insurance and various other reasons.
Dr. Liao addressed the many pros and few cons of the having the surgery and I appreciated him for that. I would give him a top 10 because he truly cares for his patients.
I think a doctor should have surgical competence and wonderful beside manners because after surgery is when most people feel like their life is going to change forever.
Dr. Liao, I must say is the greatest doctor in the world. His staff were the best and they all treated me with so much respect I couldn't believe it. I am so happy I chose this team. I would recommend him to anyone.
