Hi there, I am a week post-op, and can't be happier! I am down 22 lbs since Jan 05, which is incredible even by my standards. Still have to do full liquids for another week - and I want some piece of meat already :)

I had an amazing surgeon. He specializes in so called, single incision WL surgeries - there is one incision on the left side of my belly, and one incision in my belly button. The recovery time is so much quicker and smoother. Now I am back at work.

It's day 2... Funny enough, I don't feel hungry, but my stomach feels weird, lots of bloating. Hate my protein shake selection, I'd rather drink broth all day long... oh, and water - I try to make it interesting by mixing in some Crystal Light, seems to be working.
