Wow!  Where has the time gone?  I was denied by insuracne company 2 years ago.  I have been trying to diet and excercise on my since.  Obviously not successfully.  I have began the process once again.  I have met with the surgeon and dietician.  I will have my psch eavaluation on 12-30-10.  I am excited about the meeting that I had with Dr. Byrne.  He was wonderfully supportive.
