"From the time I stepped in the elevator going into pre-op I knew I was where I wanted to be. Walking over to surgery was not forboding. I was explained to every step of the way what was to happen next. Everyone greated me with a smile and introduced themselves. They were not scared to say who they were and what they did at Sacred Heart. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout my short stay. I was asked continually if I had any questions or comments. I was very impresssed with everyone."
