I had gained 40 pounds since last year. So to get back on track, I joined Weight Watchers at Work. I have since lost 20 pounds!!
I also developed a disease in my inner ear called Meniere's Disease. This somehow causes the entire inner ear to swell up and it causes hearing loss, buzzing and finally severe dizziness. I am on a diuretic now and have to keep my sodium intake UNDER 1,000 mg a day, which is very difficult. Anything canned is full of sodium. So this has also contributed to my weight loss. I am cooking lots of stuff from scratch!!
