Hi I'm April Martinez from Kentucky I'm on this website to get help and support on my weight loss journey. Growing up I was always biggest kid I didn't stop gaining weight hrough high school and college.4 years later I meet my best friend and beautiful prince charming husband on the race track, 2 years later we got married and had to beautiful boys that I love with all my heart and soul. So today I weigh a embarrassing 589 lbs so I'm ready to make change in my life to get this weight off so I can grow old together and see my boys grow up and get married.

Ps. If have any helpful tips for someone  like me who started there journey.
