Only 3 more days of this liquid diet - yippee - I lost 15 lbs in the past 10 days - whicvh is amazing but I think I felt every hunger pain that caused them to come off...LOL.   I did fine on the 7 days of protein drinks but the frist two days of the clear liquid Isopure and water were tough - the evening of the 2nd day - I was feeling so ghastly and so light headed and so ravenous - I had some cream of mushroom soup and felt a ton better.  I couldn't function.   Now I am doing better but wishing the surgery was here to get this over with....Trying to stay positive - the weekends are tough - I think I'll be  reclose like last weekend so I stick with it.

does anyone know how much help you'll need after surgery????  I didn't think it would be a big deal?  Any thoughts from the old timers????
