First and foremost this is the best thing that I ever did for myself. I weighed in at 386 pounds and my diebetes was way out of control. Today Iam weighing in at 139 pounds. Truely I don't remember the last time that I weighed that. I also had all of my skin removed. This is by far the best gift that I gave to myself.
