A Fantastic Voyage

There's a song from 1980 titled "Fantastic Voyage" by Lakeside 
. I'm looking forward to my weight loss journey being a fantastic voyage. When I look at all of the before and after photos of people who are one year post op I say to myself "Wow! I wonder how I will look one year post op?" Well the day of my pre-op I weighed 284 pounds with a BMI of 49.5 (July 10, 2007). My surgery was on July 13, 2007...yes, Friday the 13th....okayyy 
. The day after surgery I was 286 (probably from the IV's). As of this blog, August 3, 2007 I am 258 pounds...a loss of 26 pounds in 3 weeks!!! 
I can't complain. So come on and ride with me on this fantastic voyage!
