I AM FEELING A LITTLE DEPRESSED

Well when i started my journey back on july 16 2009 i were 331lbs . Now i am 301 i dont know how fast your suspose to lose but i feel like it was'nt really nothing . I still look the same to me every one else says that i look good my cloths fit a little loser then they did before. well i really dont know but i feel like some times i am all alone but then i come here and talk to people who are just like me . I love you guys
