A huge realization when i started to do something about my weight was before my first appointment with the Dr I weighed 279 bmi 56.3 I weighed myself this morning 242 bmi 48.9 and I have not even had surgery yet.  This is a big deal for me 

I'm on day #5 of my 14 day and am down 254 to 242 I've never lost weight this fast just want to know if I'm normal or my scale is wrong.

I've been really good doing my pre op diet but today i had 1 cup of caffeinated coffee with mint mocha shake and it was delicious one cup all week feeling good hope it don't matter 11 days left on my pre op diet I don't think 1 cup will matter.

So I'm on my 2 wk pre op diet and went to walmart to get water and a few things and my knee went out I can hardly walk now no pain meds and my orthopedic never answered my call yesterday I might go to the ER it hurts that bad.

I'm getting my sleeve on the 12th I'm told it's more painful and harder anyone else have that when they got the surgery?  And do you have any tips for me?

Is this normal to get a headache on pre op diet? I'm just wondering if anyone else had this problem.

I'm super happy because I realized that I have lost 23 lbs and I really wasn't on a diet per say but it is summer and I live in Michigan lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Unbelievable this is really happening I just received a letter from the hospital letting me know that they will be calling me to go over all my pre op info instructions for before surgery ect.  I still am not sure if this is real somebody pinch me!  I'

If you had your pre op diet my doctor office has pre packaged food and shakes for before and after they requir me to buy 250.00 of pre op and post op stuff I am kinda not into pre packaged stuff any pre op diet ideas welcomed starting it next Wednesday
