"Dr. Mattar is a wonderful doctor. His practice offers an incredible before and after care program. He has a staff member solely devoted to working with insurance. His nurse has had Roux-en-Y and is a great success story. The practice has two dieticians who provide support groups and cooking classes, He was very clear about the risks of surgery and promises no quick fixes, but is just as clear about the benefits of surgery. He is a kind, soft-spoken man whose bedside manner is very caring. I couldn't have hoped to find a more wonderful surgeon. My only complaint with the whole experience was the nursing care I received in the hospital (Clarian North in Indianapolis). Dr. Mattar and his office manager are addressing the problems and I'm confident changes will be made."
