Just wanted to say hello as I am new to site. It has been a year when I first tried to move forward and have gastric bypass surgery...ran into wall with insurance as policy excluded it. It took a year to get my employer to change policy and pick a plan that alowd gastric bypass surgery if deemed medicaly necessary. I have submitted recuest to insurance and they send me back a laundry list of information they need. Not a problem other than concerned with request for information about diests in past 6 mounths and 2 years. Most of all my major medically supervised diets were in 98 and 2001. We will see if thise will be enough information as they were extensice but no avail gain all the wieght back and then some. My insurance is Great West and I will keep posting my progress with the insurance company.
