Hmm My Story?
Well I'm 48 and have been married 28 yrs.(Feb 16) 3 days before my surgery.
I have been blessed with a wonderful family. A fabulous hubby and 2 great kids. Daughter 18 going to college this fall and a son 17 who is going the follow year.I am so proud of them both, But it's time for ME.
The yoyo dieting has been a part of me for almost my whole life, But it's not going to be that way any more because the day I walked into Dr. Bours seminar I make up my mind that I was going to become a new person. I was tired of the old. At the rate I was going I wouldn't be able to run with my future grandkids take long walks on the beach with my hubby and dance again. Yes kids mom can dance.
These things mean a lot to me. So begins my journey. I am going to take this one step or pound at a time Not sweat the small stuff Life is to short and I plan on living forever
