My new lifestyle

Ok, I had to post twice to catch up.

Since visiting the dietitian I have change the way I eat. I have incorporated fruits, vegetable's, and water into my meals. Since I have the iphone they have these neat application, one I can record my meal diary, another one locates restaurants near me and give me a list of health foods. Pretty Sweet.

So far I'm doing good, I have more good days than bad days. I can feel the weight loss although I don't want to weigh myself until 4/1. My pants are looser and my back feels better when I walk.
