Week 3 - Constipation

My weightloss has stalled at 200 pounds at 3 week post surgery. I'm panicked that this is the weight my body has decided I must stay at.  Makes having all these changes just not worth it if so. I need to figure out the constipation so that my body feels right again.  Looked on obesityhelp and it appears that Miralax will do the trick.  Been taking colace, but it doesn't seem to be working.  Feeling a little hopeless.
