Wow 6 months out already!!  Since I started my journey on 6/1/09 I am down 109lbs.  I still have 14 to go....but pretty good so far.  This has been the most awesome journey.  I feel so much better about myself.  It makes my day when my husband tells me how great I look!!!  I do  have to laugh when people say "you must feel so much better?"  I hate to say it but I didn't feel that bad at 263!!  I wish maybe I had and I would have done this a lot sooner.  I am very thankful to have a very supportive husband, children and best friend.  It would be hard to do this without them.  All of my friends have been great, I am so thankful!
