Today i went to a support group for people from all kaisers around and near me....It was great, the people where great and very nice and friendly to talk to....I think i will be going back next week...its on Mondays at 7pm South Sacramento kaiser on Bruceville road.

I have lost another 3lbs so making that a total of 6 ithink since that last time i saw my doctor and a total of 12 since my first visit. they start the count down when you see your doctor, not b4, so all that i lost b4 didn't count, but thats all good.
