Heres it is, September, 2009.  I have now lost 86 pounds and have had upper arm reduction and breast lift and reduction.  I went to the Dr. Wednesday and weighed 136 down from presurger weight of 222.  I have had some prblems, ulcer, but for the most part, am very pleased.

I've  only four days left!!!  I will be glad to get through this 10 day liquid diet.  I have to admit that I am nervous but not afraid.  My husband has been my strength.  God sent him to me two years ago and I know I am blessed. He says he loves me for who I am and not how I look, but I want to see him proud of me again.  Tomorrow I will have to take pre-op laxitive, so I guess to bathroom and I will become one.
