Been awhile! - Let's see......so much has happened.....ups and downs with the weight......the reality of now having a surgery date of November 30th......CRAZYYYYYY!!!!!! That's all I can say!

Appointment 3 today... - Had my third appointment today and things are going great......down 4.5 pounds!!! That's 10 total pounds lost on my own and as long as things keep going well, surgery in 3 months!...
