"I was referred to Dr. Long by one of the surgeons I work with, my first impression of him was-typical surgeon, but after a long talk I felt as though he was open and honest with me. His office staff have been nice and although there was a time or two that I did not receive a call back from his office as promised I would still rate them highly. I am still awaiting surgery so no comment yet on his bedside manner or surgical competence yet-although I have heard from another nurse that I work with as well that he is an excellent surgeon. The only negative comment I could make at this time was that I felt his first impression to me did not serve him justice."
