Where have I been?

Wow, I can not believe it has been 16 months since surgery and almost a year since my last post. Well, at this point in time, I am down 136 lbs and down 7 sizes. I was a 26 and I just bought a pair of jeans that are a 12!!! I am working more on toning than weighloss because I seem to be at my plateau. Which is FINE! No complaints. I love that I can actually RUN miles instead of casually walking or sweating after a block! I love my results!!!!!!!!! I never knew this person existed!!!!!
