Working with bariatric patients

I have the pleasure of working wtth and encouraging Bariatric patients on a regular basis. As a nurse in surgical service I get an opportuniy to talk with them when they have there EGD's and then again when they come in for the actually procedure whether it is Laparoscopic Roux-eny or Open or Laparoscopic Banding.
I also work with our local Bariatric surgeons in their practice and I really really enjoy that, I am able to share my experiences with the patients both pre and post surgical. I absoutely love the surgical practice I am involved in. I LOVE ENCOURAGING PEOPLE.
