"Dr. Carter is a great man. He really talks to you and tells you the full detail of the surgery. He listens and answers all the questions you have for him. The office staff is very friendly. I would rate Dr. Carter so far a 10 out of a 10. He is very well mannered. He will give you his beeper number to call him anytime of the day or night after surgery. He emphazizes on calling him no matter what if you feel something is wrong."
