Before i moved to Florida I was always able to watch my weight. Once i moved to Florida I began eating at Golden Corral, Chinese Buffet, etc. My weight stayed at one pace for a couple of months. Then I went through depression and just started eating honey buns with cheese, oatmeal, and raisin cakes. Before i knew it i was 186 pounds.

I then said ok I'm going to start going to the gym. I then hover around 186-190. I moved to Orlando Florida after my husband finish his term in the Navy. I then started picking up weight again. I guess its true what people say when your happy you don't worry about things as much. One day i woke up i was 201. That was the end of the world for me.

I started going to the weight loss clinic getting injections. I loosed 5 pounds the first week then nothing the second week. That make me depressed so i stop going. then i gain 15 pounds. I started Hydroxy Cut it just toned me up leaving me at 211. i then went to curves where i lost 8 pounds in three months. Me being inpatient and so tired of this weight. I started going to Any time Fitness. where i did Zumba my weight was at that point 232. it kept me toned and i lost 2 pounds. stop going due to issues at home and gained more weight. I started back anytime Fitness. Doing Zumba, Kick Boxing, and Boot Camp. I was not motivated. My neighbor that was suppose to be going with me backed out. So I did not know where to go.

I was now at 244 having problems with my feet due to the weight my body was not use to. I went on line and started looking for a solution. My cousin had the Gastric Bypass a year ago and she looks great. But I was not sure if i wanted to have a surgery so invasive. My best Friend had the Gastric Sleeve a month ago that made my mind up. I decided to have the Sleeve.
The date of Surgery i was 244.

A week after surgery i was 233.

Eleven weeks out I'm now 209.
