what are you guys taking vitamin wise pre surgery? i am rny scheduled oct 1. i am wondering if it might be a good idea to take my post opps a month early? or if there is another sort of regime? i put this on my doctors blog too but since its a week

ok - i have 30 days till revision surgery scheduled; sleeve 2011 to rny for gerd mainly love to lose some too. we cleaned house last night and got rid of the white carbohydrates. my hubbie is doing this with me. its 5 pm and we have taken two naps t
