Protein powder and hot water

Ok I have found that chocolate whey proteim powder mixed SF hot chocolate and SF Caramel tastes really good. One problem, the proteim clumps terribly making the drink unbearable to drink. Anyone have any ideas on how to make this work or is there another brand of protein powder that doesn't lump up as badly? Any other recepies?
