Friday I had my first official appointment with ADK Bariatric program. I'm excited and nervous and all of the "normal" things when this process is started. I am hoping to have the DS. I have to do 6 months of follow ups with the program before my insurance will consider coverage, so i'm on that journey now. I'll have a lot more to add over the next few months but for now i have a profile and am really finding so much great information here.
