I had my first weigh in and my staples out. I lost 24 pounds (or 5%!) in ten days.
Totally wild. My next appointment is for February 7 and my goal is to match that and lose another 20 pounds!
So far so good. No dumping or vomiting and I've had my first egg, crackers, and even a breaded veggie nugget.
Everything is happening very quickly. My energy is holding well too and the nutritionist took my off of the Calcium pills!
