Hi! I'm Freddie. I am 45 years old, married to the love of my life and have a beautiful daughter who is the the light of my world. Struggling with my weight is a real problem and it has prevented me from living life to its fullest. I could practically write a book on weight loss and the proper choices to make. To actually make those good choices is a whole different matter.
I have been blessed with good friends, great family, and a wonderful job. With all of the good things in my life one would think that I would be able to get my weight under control. Unfortunately I have been unsuccessful and have been fighting a this battle for the past 17 years. I am ready to handle the situation and get on with living my life.
I am scheduled to have gastric bypass surgery on July 23, 2007. Honestly, I am so excited I can hardly sit still!!! I want to be able to do things again. My sitting days are over. I've watched enough television and now I'm ready to get healthy and go out and have some adventures of my own.
