"I heard about this from an older OH post. I am not terribly fond of Crystal Light (except the Orange Sunrise). I am also not really a water drinker, but must become one. I bought the berry flavor, which I have not tried yet. I have tried the grape and had to order the peach as the store did not carry that flavor. This stuff is FANTASTIC! I will continue to purchase this product. I can't say enough good about it. I mentioned it in a pre-op class with my dietiatian and she had not heard of it. So at my next visit with her I am taking her a couple samples. "
