Joseph Regan

"I thought that Dr. Regan provided information to me that I could understand without question. He went over all the possible risks of the surgery in great detail. Dr. Regan took his time when describing what he was going to do in the surgery and even drew pictures to make sure I had a complete understanding of what to expect. He allowed me time to go over the list of questions that I had brought with me to the appointment. When I finished asking questions, he told me that he was happy to see that I had done my homework and had written down the questions so I could get questions answered for my particular situation. His receptionist Carrie could use some customer service training, since she appeared to be miffed with having to take down information. But Sue his nurse was very warm and welcoming as was the nutritionalist Peg. They both appeared to want success for their patients. I think that future patients should come prepared for spending about two hours for their initial counsultation. I was told that on my next appointment we would discuss their after care program but Peg did go over what to expect in general terms. "

John Watt

"Dr. Watt is very good at listening to the needs of his patients. He encouraged me to try other options before he would even consider surgery for me. Dr. Watt was well informed of the surgical implications that people have experienced and showed great concern for my overall health."
