Hi my name is Lesley and I had a gastric lap band fitted on 6th March 08 at Heartlands Hospital Birmingham UK
It is now 8 weeks ost op and i have lost 3.5 stone
I have had my first band adjustment 10 days ago. My band is a 14ml band I have had a fill of 8ml as my first fill.
I have not got much restriction yet and can still eat most things so will contact the dietican after the Bank Holiday weekend to see about another fill.
