I had VSG Surgery yesterday.  I'm more uncomfortable today than yesterday.  Which is better to use across my belly,  heat or ice?   

Sorry, I searched but nothing came up.

I currently don't own a scale.  I'm tempted not to buy one, but I think it might help me a little to keep on track? 

What have you guys found to be the best, most accurate scale?
