"So far I haven't met him or talked to him yet. He did e-mail me right back after I e-mailed him and told me to call and make a appointment to come and see him. I did that today and my first appointment to see him is November 9th at 12:30. I will let you know everything and how I feel about him and all after my appointment.
I did get a chance to meet Dr. Carl Lowe and my first impression was he had a kind, warm greeting and friendly talk. He was svery nice and talk calming to me. He told me he dealt with Medicaid before so he knows what Medicaid was looking for and what they would and wouldn't take. He was very honest and kind-hearted when he explained everything to me."
