STRESS!!!!

Ok...well...I have maintained my weight for the last 4 years.  I have stayed anywhere between 168 pounds and 178.  I have gotten down to 155 a couple of years ago, but looked sick. 

Currently....Ok Im PISSED....I weight.........................189!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's 20 pounds from the weight I want to keep, 10 pounds from the weight I should max out and 10 OVERWEIGHT.

ARRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!!!!

However, I have never stuck to the rules...EVER.  Not going to lie...I eat crap, drink whatever I want, eat and drink at the same time...EAT ALL DAY...lol

So I decided to log back into my profile and refresh my memory the hard times I went though to get where I am today.  I am in the process of working out, would love to gain muscle and tone up, and lost about 15 pounds.  I know I can do it.  I know that playing with that 5-10 pounds went a little overboard.  So...now it's time to kick ass.  I'll lose it...not frustrated about that...I'm actually thankful that I am doing it now...while the weight is still low. 

Causes----Drinking, eating sugar ALL THE TIME, and TONS OF STRESS....   So.... time to take the clothes off the treadmill and use the closet  LOL
