Hi Deb, congratulations on doing well in surgery! Anesthesia can be a little rough coming out of. My friends and family told me that my first two days I sounded like I was stoned. I wish I was!! Wishing you a speedy and uneventful recovery. We miss you! Hurry back to the CA Board!!

Ok..Im sorry this has taken so very long. I was at work all day and had a hard time getting ahold of Debs family. She came through surgery with flying colors per the Doc. She was out of surgery by 10:00am. I was with her from 4:30 to 6:30pm. She is not feeling well, coughing up blood and is very very scared as we all were. Please though respect her wishes. She does not want any other visitors or phone calls. I spent my time reassuring her and made her as comfortable as I could. I will be going back tomorrow, Im going to try and stop by before AND after work and I know she is going to be fine. She just was not prepared for the pain. She is having alot of trouble coming out of the happy juice and Im sure will be better tomorrow. She wants to thank you all for your wishes and I know she will be back with us soon.
