Lets see where should i start. well i guess i should start by telling everyone im 3 1/2 months pregnant i found out about 2 months ago. I still cant wrap my mind around it. I have though lost more weight im at 226lbs. So that brings me to a total loss of 160lbs not to bad i hope to keep off the weight and not gain any with this pregnacy. Im still working out but im watching what i eat im making healther choices. All in all i feel pretty good im tired at times but i guess thats to be expected. Hope All of you are Doing well.. ohh yea Cross your fingers for me we are hoping it's a baby BOY!

Well let me start with a big fat hello to all of you. It's been awhile since the last time i posted anything. Things for me are not that great ive been stuck at 240lbs for about 2 months i cant seem to get any more weight off i would really like to lose another 30 - 40 lbs before i even start to look in to having plastic surgery. so i guess im just going to have to try a little harder and workout twice as much.I was thinking of taking a hip-hop class i was told by a friend that you get a very good workout and that it's very hard. I think that's just what i need to get those extra pounds off. Well i hope everyone is doing fine. Take care. i hope next time i a better update.

I had my one year post-op last week and i have lost a total of 140lbs. My doctor thinks i should lose another 30 to 50lbs with in the next 6 to 8 months he doesn't feel my weight loss is over yet. When he told me that i was very happy it put a great big smile on my face. I sure hope i can lose more. I've been working out 3 days a week i run 1.5 to 2 mile and i also hit the wieght's I also try to watch what i eat since i haven't really been losing much lately. I also needed to get a hair cut since i hadn't had one in a few months so i went on saturday and i decided to cut my  hair short. I've never had short hair but i like it my husband thinks i look great. It's a new look for me along with a new start. I hope all is well for everyone else.

Well this sunday we went to sears and took are family photos and i have to say they came out great we all looked good and the baby was on her best behavor. All the picture came out perfect. Im very Happy with them. As for as weight goes ive been losing it very very slow maybe one pound a week or if even that. So im upset with the slow weight loss. But on another note I feel fine im doing good with my diet and im also looking forward to my vaction time on december ill be off for 2 weeks durging xmas which will be so so great. Well,  i had m 6 month  post op on wed. 10.24.07 i couldnt belive my eyes when i saw the scale. I was down 106 lbs i was in total shock. i cant belive ive lost over a 100lbs.  This is the smallest ive been since the 6th & 7th grade WOW im in a size 18 pants and a size 14 top. I'm so very happy. Things with my husband are great, i dont seem to have much of a sex drive though,  but he has been hanging in there. My husband has been the  best support and he is loving all the wieght loss. I'm still losing my hair. I sure hope it stops falling out real soon before i go bold. I'm also starting a new position at work it will be better pay and  less hours ill be off at 12 noon on fridays which im looking forward to. Till Next time!! Happy Halloween!!

It's bee a while since i last wrote.... All is pretty good i feel great ive lost a total of 86lbs and 74lbs since wls pretty good for 4 months. Ive gone down from a size 28/30 to 22/24- almost in a size 20 yea yea. I'm starting  to lose the my hair and im not to happy about that. but all in all im doing fine. So far So good. I feel im losing a little slow but im happy with any weight loss... Till next time.........
