Wow, this is the first time i have logged on here in about 5 years.
Funny how when I am at my lowest, this site is the first place I turned to. I am 12 years post rny surgery, gained back about 80 lbs in the last 5 years and in need of help to get back on track.
I was told today, I need knee replacement surgery, but the surgeon refuses to consider scheduling it until I get my bmi back down. I want to be healthy, I want to be mobile, I want to be back on track.
I am uploading a current pic of myself, although I am no where near my first pic on here, I am not where I want or need to be now. Thank you all for being here!
