Well, It has been a while since I have updated so here it goes.........Total weight loss from surgery till now is 75 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't freaking believe it.  I FEEL WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Living life so much more out loud these days, enjoying being able to buy clothes anywhere and for the first time in my life I get irritated at things being "too big" instead of being "too small"  SO I started out at a size 20 and now I am down to a 12 almost a size 10 just depends on how it fits.  My boobs and my booty are going bye bye though...........kinda sad about that one... But, hey it's ok I guess.....haha!!!  Still doing the protein and vitamins religiously and drinking plenty of water!!!!  I just need to start working on going to the gym more often so my thighs and arms and tummy dont start looking gross.  But, if I had to choose over the weight or the extra skin, I am definately ok with having some extra skin.

Well, I am now wearing a size 14!!!!!!!!!  I can't even remember the last time I wore a 14, maybe in the 8th grade........Anyway, this month has been pretty hectic for me.  Finally found a protein powder that I can tolerate that doesnt taste like thick gooey grossness in my mouth.  UNJURY PROTEIN is by far the best!!!!!!!!!! Chocolate is the only one I have tried.  My bestie Lesley has also had this surgery.  She loves it and convinced me to try it.  She was right.  But, with all the busy things going on this past month, I am sad to say that I really haven't been exercising like I should and also not getting in the protein that I am supposed to ethier so the weight loss wasn't so big this month for me.  But, I got the ball rolling again.  I have been doing my thigh toning, arm toning, and trying to keep up with the walking.  Also, been making sure that I get in that protein!!!!!!!!  Tomorrow morning I will step on the scale and take some pics!!  Just thought I would blog it all now while I have the chance.  Love ya OH family!!  Thanks again for all the support and new friendships!

Soooooooooo, I have lost 25 pounds since July 18th which was my surgery day.  When I started seeing my doctor in June, I weighed in at 263.  So total weightloss to date is 38 pounds!!  Thank you so much for all your support, messages, and comments!!  It keeps me on my toes and gives me the extra umph when I get kinda down.  I can't believe that I am finally on the losers bench, I am loving it!!!!  Have a great weekend everyone!

Hey OH friends!!  Well, I seen my doctor today and I have lost 18 pounds in a week and a half!! I was so excited about that.  Also, he told me that I could start eating and the only things I cant have are nuts, cheese, cookies and cake, fast food, chips, desserts, and he told me to make sure things are fat free and sugar free!!!  So I had my first meal today a few bites of chicken and some lo-mein, I LOVE CHINESE food.  So, things are going good and I wont see him again for 3 months.  So wish me luck, I wonder how much weight I will lose before I go see my doctor again?????  Have a great weekend everyone!  Thanks for reading!!

Well, I am feeling great. I still need a little help getting up and down.  But, other than that I think I have taken 2 pain pills since I got home.  I have been walking and upping my liquids little by little.  No puking and no  problems in the bathroom.  I am so glad that I didn't have a drain!  So far i think the only thing that has been a challenge is getting enough protein in.  There are only so many hours in a day to get all my drinking in,lol!  Anyway, just wanted to give everyone an update and I also posted some new pics as well.  Have a great week everyone!

Hello everyone, well my surgery went very well.  The only problems I had was all the nausea when waking up but, I didnt vomit or anything just couldnt get the room to stop spinning, lol!  But, My surgery was at 9 am and was in recovery by 10 am so,  around 5 or 6 pm I came out of it enough finally and started to drink a little and by 3 am I was walking laps every hour!  I pretty much walked all night, I would rest a hour and walk for about 30 min and repeated the process.  My doctor discharged me around 3 in the afternoon and I was able to go home and be with my family.  So, I am doing good and very happy with starting my journey!!

So tomorrow is my big day, I have to be up and on the way to the hospital by 545 to make it there by 7 am to check in and do all my admitting.  Surgery is scheduled to be at 9am.  I am doing pretty good with the nerves.  So I am ready to do this!!!!!!!!!  THanks so much for all of your support.  I will update everyone as soon as I am feeling up to it.  OH, also, I lost 8 pounds during the 3 days of liquid diet!!!  YEA!!!

Yea, so I am sooooooooo happy that I didn't have to do the 2 week liquid diet. I know that I am very lucky to only have to do this for 3 days before surgery but,   day 2 of this liquid diet is DRIVING ME INSANE!!!!  I am having the worst mood swings It's horrible!  Well, one more day of this and then it will be surgery day  THANK GOD!! 

HOORAY!!!!  I am having surgery July 18th, friday!!    Patient coordinator called me this morning and said I don't know how soon you wanted to do this but, we would like to schedule you friday for surgery, I had to stop and take a breath for a min cuz a million thoughts went racing through my head.  I finally said YES that will be awesome!!!!!!  So, we got everything worked out, just have to fax in the consent forms and pick up my prescription for my post-op pain pills.  It's like I am getting ready for a holiday, I a so freakin STOLKED!!

OH MY GOODNESS I AM JUMPING FOR JOY!!! I just checked my triwest referral status and its approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WOW, I have waited for this day and I can't believe its already here!!!!  Thank you so much for all the support and helping me stay positive!!!  I think it's amazing that I had my consultation thursday July 10th and today is monday July 14th and I AM ALREADY APPROVED FOR SURGERY BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
