"My frist impression of Dr McConnell was that he was very caring and knowledgable. The office staff of OHSU was very friendly and helpful. Due to the size of the hospital facilities, I was expecting to be only a number....However, Dr McConnell makes you feel like you are his only patient and really took the time to explain the GB process and the long term care. My first visit with Dr McConnell was over an hour long but I believe all of my questions were answered, and together we mapped out the next steps. "
