Hello!!
Yesterday was my 6-month anniversary.......and I have lost 102 lbs!!!!!!!!
I can't believe that it's only been 6 months...and yet the time has flown by!!! I am feeing GREAT!!! I have so much more energy than I've ever had. I went shopping this weekend, and I actually found clothing that fit, instead of thanking God to find clothes that COVERED me up. I am currently a size 22/24 and pants 24......I am smiling even as I type this!! :) Don't ge me wrong, I have more to lose, but it just feels so great to be more healthy in such a short time. I've never linked "DIET" and "SUCESS" together....so I was skeptical that it would even happen for sure. But the scale doesn't lie.......it just doesn't.
