Another year - Been a year, gained back come of the weight with some lack of discipline and health issues but I am trying to work back into the losing thing.

Trying for Re-start - I have been off the wagon for a while. I am planning to get back on. I will start with a visit to my doctor tomorrow and try to get back on track. My weight has gone up a bit...

Still Working on it - I am still working on my health. The pounds stopped coming off but I am getting more fit every day. I bought a bicycle and ride it a couple of times a week.
