My downfall in weight loss has always been my poor eating habits.  In high school I could eat anything I want and  maintain the same weight.  Mainly because I played football and lifted a lot of iron.  Still with the bad eating habits I said screw it, I will just lift, lift, lift.  As a result, I was still fat but looked okay and performed biomechanically well.  Well you should know the fat sticks around like roaches, unless you do things right you will never get rid of either.   Later I found myself starting to ache in my knees, have shortness in breath if I tried to jog and having to buy bigger clothes.   My 3yr old son aint trying to have a broken down old daddy, lol.
