Dr. O'Malley's office was prompt and I was impressed with the quick response. Dr. O'Malley is a very busy surgeon and has a lot of patients, coming from out of country makes us unique patients, as we require more processesing and there are some frustrations when things break down.
To me he was very straight forward, no nonsense. He told us what he could do for us and what he want from us in order to achieve the best results.
His program seems to be very structured.
