Pre Op Meal Replacement

Started my pre op meal replacement one week ago.  I am down 7 lbs although I have been known to eat a solid small meal almost once a day, but not as of today...  Today begins my ONLY liquids.  I am very serious about this surgery and plan to stick to it like crazy. 

Beginning weight on preop appt day (9/27/12):  252
Today: (10/4/12):  245.2

Long ways to go...  but feeling positive.
